I did not receive an invitation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our office at (480) 999-2954 and we will resend your invitation.
Is the patient portal secure?
Yes. The portal uses industry-standard encryption and complies fully with HIPAA regulations to protect your personal health information.
Can I use the portal for urgent or emergency matters?
No. The portal is for non-urgent communication only. For urgent concerns, please call our office. For emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
How long does it take to receive a response to a portal message?
Our team typically responds to portal messages within one to two business days. For time-sensitive matters, please call us directly.
