Jessica Faltinowski PMHNP-BC
Jessica is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She provides comprehensive, trauma-informed psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, and adults, treating a wide range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood and behavioral concerns. She also offers specialized support for perinatal and postnatal mental health, addressing concerns such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment to parenthood.
Jessica is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
She takes a collaborative and individualized approach to care, working closely with individuals to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and daily life. Her holistic style blends clinical expertise with practical, real-world strategies to improve functioning, build confidence, and support long-term wellness. Appointments are available both in person and via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and accessibility for busy individuals and families.
Careen Sisk PMHNP-BC
Careen earned her Master’s degree in Nursing in 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in inpatient behavioral health to her role as a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has provided care to individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and substance use disorders.
Careen is committed to partnering with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. She currently offers telehealth appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with expanded availability to be announced. She looks forward to supporting you on your journey to improved mental health.
